Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to impugned order dated 20.02.2012 passed in Na.Ka.Si.Pa No.3902/11 by the 1st Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to delete the encumbrances made in pursuance to the reference and proceedings under Section 47 A of the Indian Stamp Act in respect of the Petition Mentioned Property situate at Plot No.1, Seeyatamman Nagar Annexe, comprised in Old Survey No.493/2 Part, T.S. No.170/5, Block No.21, Ward “E”of Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

In response to the queries raised by this Court with regard to the nature of grievance ventilated by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file statutory appeal against the impugned order claiming the required relief impleading the necessary parties and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
2.Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. rkp
