Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the Sub Sections (3) and (4) of Section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 as ultravires of Article 14, 19(1)(g) and 300-A of the Constitution and hence unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to release Mini Door Auto bearing Reg.No.TN 33 AC 3753 (Chasis No.T 05131267 D04 and Engine No.D 22003097) to the petitioner.
