The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 27.01.2018 against the order of removal dated 21.12.2017 passed by the second respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of the larger penalty of removal imposed on the petitioner, he is unable to lead a normal family life and the appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending before the first respondent.

Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the writ petitioner on 27.01.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the appeal and all other relevant documents along with a copy of this order passed in the writ petition. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
