Prayer: - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records for the records of the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.162/R6/2007 dated 12.03.2013 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to disburse the sum of Rs.6,00,018/- (Rupees Six lakhs and eighteen only) along with an interest at 24% per annum within the time stipulated by this Court.
When this matter had come up for hearing on 09.09.2019, the petitioner was called absent. Hence, this Court has directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on
12.09.2019. When the matter was called on 12.09.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has to be withdrawn and may be listed on 16.09.2019 under the caption 'for withdrawal'.
