This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being
mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court
passed order dismissing the above writ petition on 07.02.2019,
however, in the preamble portion of the order, the date has been wrongly mentioned as 28.02.2018.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the
petitioner, Registry is directed to correct the date in the preamble portion as 07.02.2019 and issue fresh order copy forthwith.
