PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3^rd respondent made in the termination letter issued to the petitioner in TNLA/TER/3, dated 03.07.2008, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to resume the supply of LPG Gas cylinders under the Distribution Agreement dated 07.02.2002.

Today, when the matter was called, there is no
representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or
through the counsel on record. Hence, the Writ Petition is
dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the
