PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.3643/2009/A2, dated 02.06.2011 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to restore the cheque drawing power of the petitioner.
