While disposing of WP No.14609 of 2019, vide order dated

15.07.2019, at paragraph Nos.3 and 4, we ordered as hereunder.

"3. After obtaining the administrative/financial sanction, tender has to be floated and after finalisation of the same, repair and relaying of cart track at the subject place would be taken up. He further submitted that orders of sanction would be issued, within a week, from today.

4. Placing on record the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, there is no need to issue a mandamus, as prayed for. Submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader be honoured, in letter and spirit, by the Revenue Divisional Officer of Tiruchengode, Namakkal District and the Block Development Officer, Kabilarmalai, Namakkal District, respondents 2 and 4 respectively."

We further directed the Registry to post the matter on 23.07.2019,

for reporting compliance. Thus, it is listed today.
