PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus, call for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his proceedings No.CVRDE/MMG/TPC/64/03 dated 20.01.2004 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to issue tender notice to all the registered contractors including the petitioner and choose the lowest bidder in accordance with law for the work now allotted in favour of the second respondent without even any notice to the petitioner concerned.
