This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to petitioner factory to ensure smooth working so as to ensure that the 4th respondent trade union, their members and supporters are not preventing the entry and exit of the staff, management and security personnel, ingress and egress of vehicles carrying raw materials, finished goods, machineries to petitioner factory or holding any kind of demonstrations, shouting slogans, conducting any kind lawful activities within the radius of 300 meters from petitioner factory premises or within the radius of such other distance as may be deemed fit and proper by this Court.
