Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in C.No.PR98/H1(2)/2012 u/r3(b) dated 27.08.2013 and confirmed by the 2nd respondent in C.No.B2/AP.70/13000/2013 dated 23.10.2013 and further confirmed by the 3rd respondent in his Rc.No.103758/Ap2/2017 dated 02.01.2018 and quash the same.
