Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus for a direction, directing the respondent No.1 to remove all the cable connections which gave unauthorised in Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Bord, Jinnum scheme house in Ukkadam area within the time period stipulated by this Court.
The Respondents have filed counter affidavit dated 22.08.2019 stating that the unauthorised connections for operation of Cable TV have been removed entirely from Ukkadam – JNNURM Scheme with police protection. Nothing remains for consideration in the matter.
