When the above Writ Petition was posted for hearing on 14.06.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and as a last opportunity, the matter was listed for hearing on 28.06.2019. Even today (12.07.2019), when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel on record. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for default. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to file an application seeking for restoration within a period of thirty days from today. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
