Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records related to Order No.X/P. 677 / IDT/2018 dated 25.10.2018 issued by the 2^nd respondent and to quash the same as illegal, and directing the second respondent to restore the waiting list based on the seniority in service & request for transfer from the members of RPF, which has been maintained for several years in Southern Railway for inter divisional transfer.
