Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant Interim Direction, directing the 1^st , 2^nd and 3^rd respondents to process the petitioners application dated 19.02.2019 for New High Tension Service connection with 1000 KVA sanctioned demand on payment of applicable charges as applicable to the petitioner under industrial tariff pending disposal of the above WP.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1^st respondent vide his letter No.SE/DEDC/DGL/AEE/GL/AE.I/F.HT DOC/D.No. 381/19 dated 14.03.2019, quash the same and direct the 1^st , 2^nd and 3^rd respondents to effect a New High Tension Service to the Petitioners new unit as per their application dated 19.02.2019 immediately on payment of applicable charges within the stipulated time
