This Writ Miscellaneous petition is filed Under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order of dismissal for default dated 04/03/2019 in WP 8699 of 2009 and restore the same on its file and afford an opportunity to the petitioner to put forth the petitioner case and to dispose the aforesaid writ petition on merits .

ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.RAGHAVACHARI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.D.MURUGANANTHAN, Additional Government Pleader FOR R1,4,5 and no appearance in person or through their advocate for respondents 2,3 , this Court made the following order:
