Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under 5 of Limitation Act, praying this Hon'ble Court to Condone the Delay of 708 days in filing restoration petition in restoring the W.P.(MD) No.7218 of 2009 which was dismissed for default by this Honble Court on 14.2.2017.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Ni.Mu.No.14047/E1/99 dated 20.06.2006, and quash the same, and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to treat the appointment of the petitioner on 15.07.1978 in the cadre of Assistant Professor as per G.O.Ms.No.613, Education Department, dated 27.03.1978 and give all the benefits consequential to that appointment.
