No.12, namely, Mr.P.Muthupetchi, their names may be deleted from the array of Respondents in the Writ Petition.
Respondent No.5, namely, Mr.S.Alagesan; and Respondent No.12, namely, Mr.P.Muthupetchi, are deleted from the array of Respondents in the Writ Petition, at the risk of the petitioners, as prayed.
