Y-285, Marthandam, Kanyakumari District (KVTCMS) dated 10.12.2018 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and consequently direct the 1st respondent to convene a Special General Body Meeting of the Board of KVTCMS with the single agenda of removing the 5th respondent from the primary membership of KVTCMS under the presidenship of either the first respondent or any officer authorised by him in accordance with Rule 61(4) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Rules, 1988.
