PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent proceeding vide R.P.No.32/2010/D2, dated 5.10.2010 to quash the same and direct the fifth respondent to continuously permit the petitioner as a permanent regular lessee of the fifth respondent temple or an alternative adjacent place may be provided to the petitioner.
When the matter came up for hearing on 05.11.2019, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Therefore, this matter was directed to be posted on 11.11.2019 under the caption “for dismissal” and the matter is listed today.
