Prayer in WP No.7011 of 2007 : Writ Petition came to be numbered under Article 226 of the constitution of India by way of transfer of Original Application in OA No.3607 of 2002 from the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal with a prayer to call for the records of the impuend order date 11.3.2002 passed by the superintendent central prison salem third respondent herien in his proceedings No. Pa.Ka. 12583/2000 regularising the period of serice of the petitioner from 8.6.1986 to 26.10.1989 i.e. 1236 days as leave without pay and qush the same and further direc tthe respondents to rlease the salary with benefits for the aforesaid period to the petitioner.

The learned single Judge by order dated 12.08.2011 in W.P.No.7011 of 2007 directed the second appellant to treat the period of absence from 08.06.1986 to 26.10.1989 as duty period and pay all the consequential benefits to the respondent herein. Feeling aggrieved by the said order, the appellants have come up with this intra Court appeal.
