PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 24(2) of C.P.C. to withdraw the H.M.O.P. No.97/2018 from the file of Principal Sub Court at Vridhachalam and transfer the same to the Principal Sub Court, Kancheepuram.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Poovanalingam (E.No.638 of 1993), learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made the following endorsement to that effect:
