ORDER
This transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the G.W.O.P.No.12 of 2015 pending on the file of the Principal District Judge Court, Vellore and to transfer the same to the file of the Principal District Judge Court, Dharmapuri. When the matter was taken up on 1.7.2019 and 3.7.2019, the petitioner/party-in-person did not turn up. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 4.7.2019. Even today, the petitioner remained absent. Hence, this Court is constrained to dismiss the petition. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.62 of 2019 is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, C.M.P.No.2421 of 2019 is also dismissed.
