PRAYER: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the decree and Judgment dated 18.09.2007 passed in A.S.No.51 of 2002 on the file of the Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Ariyalur in reversing the decree and Judgment dated 09.08.1995 passed in O.S.No.325 of 1991 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ariyalur.
