This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

The petitioner seeks Letters of Administration in

respect of the Will dated 13.08.1999, said to have been executed by late K.R.Lakshminarayanan, who died on 05.05.2003.

The wife of the Testator L.N.Saraswathy Ammal predeceased him on 22.05.1999. The petitioner is a legatee

under the said Will. The respondents are the son and

daughters of the deceased K.R.Lakshminarayanan. The petitioner has examined himself as PW1 and he has produced

the original death certificate of K.R.Lakshmi Narayanan as Ex.P1. A copy of the Will has been marked as Ex.P2. The original death certificate of L.N.Saraswathy Ammal wife of K.R.Lakshminarayanan has been filed as Ex.P3. Publications as required have been effected and no objections have been received.

The petitioner has also examined one N.Sampath as PW2. He has identified the signature of the Testator. It is stated that the 1^st respondent had filed a Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in O.P.No.90 of 2008 seeking Letters of Administration in

respect of the very same Will and the same has been granted.

In view of the same, the petitioner has proved the Will and is entitled to issuance of Letters of

Administration with a copy of the Will annexed.

In fine, this Original Petition is allowed granting Letters of Administration with a copy of the Will annexed in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner shall execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court, Madras. Sd/.R.S.M.J 30.07.2019
