This petition is filed to set aside the arbitral award dated 16.07.2010. After filing of the petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the first respondent executed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 30.09.2019 for the settlement of the dispute between the parties as per the terms set out there in. At the last hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner was directed to obtain instructions as to whether the legal heirs of the deceased/second petitioner are agreeable to the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 30.09.2019. At the hearing today, a memo dated 11.10.2019 has been filed which has been signed by the 3rd , 4th , 5th and 6th petitioners namely the legal heirs of the deceased/second petitioner in the said memo. It is recorded that the legal heirs of the second petitioner have no objection for recording the terms of the settlement in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 30.09.2019 and to close the original petition on that basis.
