The petitioners seek issuance of Letters of
Administration for the estate of late Mr.C.Saravanan, who died intestate on 19.11.2002.
respondents viz., brothers and sisters. The 2nd petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased Mr.C.Saravanan as Ex.P1. The death certificate of Mr.M.Chokkalingam, father of C.Saravanan has been marked as Ex.P2. The death certificate of Mrs.M.Muniammal, mother of Mr.C.Saravanan has been produced as Ex.P3. The respondents 1 to 3 have filed consent affidavits and they have been marked as Ex.P4 to Ex.P6.
