These Original Petitions coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

These Original Petitions have been filed seeking Succession Certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of Vineetha and Rakesh Kumar T Jain.

The petitioners in OP.No.191 of 2019 are the son and daughter of the deceased Vineetha and Rakesh Kumar T Jain and the petitioners in OP.No.192 of 2019 are the mother, son and daughter of Rakesh Kumar T Jain.

The parents of the petitioners in OP.No.191 of 2019 viz., Vineetha and Rakesh Kumar T Jain died on 18.05.2015 in a road accident. The petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased. The 2^nd petitioner in OP.No.191 of 2019 has been examined as PW1. She has produced the death certificate of her mother Vineetha as Ex.P1 and the legal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ heirship certificate as Ex.P3.

Similarly 2^nd petitioner in OP.No.192 of 2019 Mannan Kumar R Jain has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificate of his father Rakesh Kumar T Jain as Ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P3.

A perusal of the documents show that the petitioners in both the Original Petitions are the legal heirs of the deceased Rakesh Kumar T Jain and Vineetha.

Considering the evidence available, these Original Petitions are allowed granting Succession Certificates in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners in the respective petitions.
