Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that a Succession Certificate may be granted to the Petitioners with power to collect the debts and to receive the interest specified in the schedule in the petition.
This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:
The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by late T.Peter who died intestate on 04.12.2017, leaving behind the petitioners being his wife and children as his legal representatives.
2. The petitioners 2 and 3 are minors represented by the 1 st petitioner who is their mother and natural guardian. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
The 1 st petitioner has been examined as PW1. She has produced the death certificate of late T.Peter as Ex.P1.

The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P2.
3. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are alone the legal heirs of the deceased T.Peter. Considering the above evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the Petitioners.
