the respondents from releasing, transferring or encumbering or in any manner exploiting the satellite rights of the Tamil film “Vaalu” without paying amounts due and payable to the applicant/plaintiff.
the same is pending in this Court. I therefore, do not see any prima facie case
for grant of injunction as prayed for in this application. Hence, A.No.1031 of 2015 is dismissed.
