Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to make investigation on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2018 and produce her son Sivasankaran, aged 30 years, who disappeared on 03.05.2018 before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2
submitted that the detenu has been secured and expressed his willingness to go along with the petitioner.
3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
