Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. He has also circulated a letter dated 15.04.2019 to the Registry to that effect.

3.In view of the above cited letter dated 15.04.2019 and also in view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
