Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the detenu namely V.Praveen, aged 27 years before this Court, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.There is no representation for the petitioner.
3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenu left the home on his own volition and thereafter he married a lady from Kerala. He was secured and he informed the
parents in the presence of the petitioner about the aforesaid facts. Accordingly, the complaint given was closed.
4.In view of the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
