Mr.R.Amburosh, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody in connection with the criminal case registered by the 2nd respondent and in the light of the same, nothing remains for further adjudication in this petition
and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
2 The Court heard the submissions of Mr.C.Iyyappa Raj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepting notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
3 In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
