Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent pertaining to the order made in SC.No.53/2018 dated 20.09.2018 in detained the detenu u/s.2[f] of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Monish @ Manu, aged 19 years, son of Chinnaraj, male, aged about 19 years old who is detained at Central Prison, Salem before this Court and set him at liberty.
