Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's son Marimuthu (alias) Selvam and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the detenu has been arrested in connection with the case in Crime No.35 of 2019 by the first respondent and thereafter remanded to judicial custody.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
