Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 03.12.2009 made in C.M.A.No.2 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Judge, Sivagangai, in reversing the fair and decreetal order dated 12.11.2007 passed in I.A.No.477 of 2007 in O.S.No.100 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppathur.
ORDER:- Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 09.09.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppathur vide Letter in D.No.1040 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020 and none appeared on either sides, this Court made the following order:
Accepting the reasons assigned in the letter of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate(FAC), Thiruppathur, dated 18.12.2020, the time granted to dispose of O.S.No.100 of 2007 is extended by three months from the date of resumption of regular Courts for physical hearing.
