When these revision petitions came up for hearing on 12.12.2014, a memorandum was filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner dated 11.12.2014, wherein he has stated that he was withdrawing his appearance and that he had also given a change of vakalat to the petitioner.

03.11.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, these matters were ordered to be listed today i.e. on 04.11.2015, under the caption for orders. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through his counsel. Hence, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested to get on with the petitions and therefore, this Court finds that it may expedient to dismiss these revision petitions for non prosecution.
