This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Petition, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SELVAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.S.P.MAHARAJAN, Advocate for the Respondent and the lesser amount was deposited by the tenant before the lower Court and aleady both the Court below decided that there is no wilful default on the part of the tenant, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That, the Rent Control Appellate Authority/Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli, dated 29.01.2019 be and hereby is confirmed and this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed ;

(2) That, the Respondent herein/landlord shall permitted to withdraw https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the amount already deposited by the Revision Petitioner/Tenant
