2.It is not in dispute that the Execution Petition is filed in the year 2009. It is unfortunate to notice that this Civil Revision Petition is pending from 2011. The request of the revision petitioner is reasonable and hence, this petition is allowed and the learned Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.163 of 2009 in C.M.A.No.1 of 1998 within a period of six
