2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the submission as well as the endorsement of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
