This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requsition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilatikulam, through the Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi, vide letter in D.No. 776, dated 04/09/2020 and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.Suresh Kannan, Advocate for the Petitioner and none apperance for the Respondents , this Court made the following order:
This Court by order, dated 01.10.2019, directed the learned District Munsif, Vilathikulam, to dispose of the case in O.S.No.12 of 2018 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Now, the learned Judge has requested further time of six months to dispose of the above said case.
