under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent
Control) Act 18 of 1960, as amended by Act 23 of 1973 and Act 1
of 1980 as against the orders and decretal orders made in
R.C.A.Nos.162, 163 & 164 of 2004 dated 27.06.2008 on the file of
the VIII Court of Small Causes (Rent Control Appellate
Authority), Madras, confirming the orders and decretal orders
made in R.C.O.P.No.1116 of 1999 dated 18.09.2003 on the file of
the XII Court of Small Causes (Rent Controller), Madras and in
R.C.O.P.Nos.935 & 1976 of 2000 dated 11.12.2003 on the file of
the XIII Court of Small Causes (Rent Controller), Madras
respectively.
