Shark Dyeing Mills, represented by its Managing Partner Mr.Yurvaraj, Tirupur, has filed the instant Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order, dated 5/2/2019, passed in M.A.No.221/2018 in C.P.No.468/1B/2017, by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai.
2. Caveator has filed a counter affidavit.
3. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.Ambili Menon, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Civil Revision Petition be dismissed as withdrawn. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. Placing on record the above, instant Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to approach National Company Law Tribunal. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
