the file of the District Munsif Court at Puducherry within a stipulated
period as may be fixed by this Court.

of obstruction. The said E.A.190/2016 and E.P.No.4 of 2016 are not proceeded with and there is no considerable progress made in this regard by the Execution Court.

“ The Execution Court is directed to expedite the proceedings in E.A.No.190 of 2016 and E.P.No.4 of 2016 and decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ”
