COMMON ORDER
Today, when these revision petitions are taken up for
hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner in both the
revision petitions submitted that he had instructions from the
petitioner to withdraw the revision petition and therefore, he
sought permission of this court to withdraw the revision
petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in
common.
2. In view of the above, the civil revision petitions are
dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP is
closed.
