The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal revision petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. 2 In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
3 The learned Trial Judge is directed to complete the pre-charge proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to complete the trial within a period of four months thereafter. It is made clear that the parties shall scrupulously co-operate for the progress of trial.
