Though the petitioners herein has raised several grounds to challenge the FIR itself, one of the main grounds raised is that there is no sufficient progress in the investigation.

2.In my view, if the 1^st respondent / Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation within a stipulated time, the ends of justice would be secured.

3.In the light of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the 1^st respondent herein to complete the

investigation in Crime No.413 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
