ORDER
The petitioner seeks to call for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings in S.C.No.255 of 2011 on the file of the XVII Additional District and Sessions Court, Chennai – 600 001. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. Further, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
