Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the F.I.R.No.568/2012 dated 15.09.2012 on the file of the respondent and submitted to the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharapuram and to quash the same.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the final report in Crime No.568 of 2012 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharapuram, taken on file as S.T.C.No.924 of 2012 and trial had concluded by Judgment dated 17.11.2012. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram convicted the petitioner and imposed a fine of Rs.1,250/- to the
petitioner. Hence the relief sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.
3.In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
